Battery Strong

Battery R & D derives it's name from Battery Strong where Robert Welch spent 26 years developing high frequency electronics for the US Navy. Located at the Antenna Range on SPAWARSYSCEN Pacific, Mr. Welch managed the mm-Wave Laboratory for 15 years and the Antenna Range for 10 years.
